Target: A living human bullseye fired at by everyone but is always smiling.

Sometime after this transition, the character's name changed to 'Mark'. The character changed of 'John' was played initially by John Gilkey and then by Mark Ward who performed the role from 1999 onwards. Also is represented as a father figure to Zoé hence him stepping into her father's shoes.
